Comparative analysis of CuO-based spiral flow photovoltaic sheet and tube thermal system

چکیده
The current work investigates experimental characteristics of the PVT system integrated with CuO-water spiral flow heat exchanger and compared non-cooled PV module. describes detailed procedure nanoparticles preparation, SEM characterizations, extraction nanofluid in application. was pasted at back polycrystalline module to form examine cooling ability, power generation, thermal-electrical yield overall efficiency a different volume concentration CuO steady mass-flow rate 0.08 kg/s. From experiments, it concluded that nanofluids assisted lessen surface temperature by extracting enhanced electrical an average 3.53%. It also seen thermal performance improved higher 30.77% 36.59% were obtained 0.01% 0.03% concentration.
